What will the week look like?
Preparation
On Friday the 3rd of November we will kick off Thrive with a preparation session.
You will receive tips and tricks to ease into your early mornings, get to know your fellow Thrivers & prepare your week.
6AM mornings
Actually, I advise you to get up at 05:55 latest. Because I will be waiting for you in our Zoom session at 06:00.
Enough time to make that cup of tea and head for your laptop.
No worries about showing up in your pyjama’s. I’ll probably do the same!
Daily reflection
Each session will start off with a meditation and information session on that days topic (+- 30 minutes).
At the end you will receive a set of questions that you can reflect on in your own (s)pace.
Looking back
The end of the week we will look back on how the experience has been for you.
Ensuring that the experience will last well beyond this week.
What can you adapt to build your dream life? How can you keep up the early morning habit?

Who am I?
I am Laura Gallis, maker and host of Thrive. As an enthousiastic early bird, I love to share the magic of the morning with others.
I have been getting up at 5AM for four years now and the biggest benefits for me are less stress, quality me-time and the (head)space to do whatever I want. It is a framework that I can use for anything I want to do.
Not starting my day in action mode, but on my terms.
As I have gone through burn-out, depression, losing loved ones and other circumstances, I know what it is like to keep yourself upright when things get tough. That is why I developed the four-pillar system to structure your self-care and keep your energy high.
Next to getting up early, I love spending time with my husband and son, be creative, coach people and spend quality time with friends and family.
