What will the Thrive week look like?

Kicking off!

The Friday before the week we will be meeting each other for the first time! At a “normal” hour.

You will receive tips and tricks to ease into your early mornings & prepare your week!

Early mornings!

Each session will start off with a meditation, short informative session and reflection questions.

After 30 minutes you will have the glorious morning to yourself!

How has it been?

The end of the week we will look back on how the experience has been for you!

Making sure that the experience will last well beyond this week.

A head start!

On Monday the 22nd of July we will start the week together at 6AM.

Another meditation and then it is goodbye for now!

I am Laura Gallis, your host!

As an enthousiastic early bird, I love to share the magic of the morning with others. Because believe it or not, I used to be the biggest snoozer out there.

I have been getting up at 5AM for four years now and the biggest benefits for me are less stress, quality me-time and the (head)space to do whatever I want. It is a framework that I can use for anything I want to do. Not starting my day in action mode, but on my terms.

As I have gone through burn-out, depression, losing loved ones and other circumstances, I know what it is like to keep yourself upright when things get tough. That is why I developed the four-pillar system to structure your self-care and keep your energy high!

Next to getting up early, I love spending time with my husband and son, be creative, coach people and spend quality time with friends and family.
